The Park Hotel, Montrose is the perfect base for a Golf Break in Angus. The Montrose Medal Course - the 5th oldest in the world - is only a few minute's walk away with Carnoustie, Panmure, Monifieth, Edzell and Letham Grange all within 20 to 35 minutes drive.
The world famous courses of St. Andrews are only an hour away.

Montrose Links
There are two courses at Montrose Links, the Broomfield and the Montrose Medal. Details on both of these courses can be found at www.montroselinks.co.uk.
There are three Clubs associated with the Links:
Royal Montrose Golf Club celebrates its 200th anniversary on 1st January 2010 and a number of events are planned throughout the year to celebrate this.
Carnoustie Classic
In May of each year, the Carnoustie Classic takes place and includes rounds on the Montrose Medal, Panmure, Monifieth Medal and Carnoustie Championship courses. Included in the package is one round of golf at each course; transport to and from the courses; 5 nights' bed and breakfast accommodation in Montrose, a Welcome Reception and a Prize-giving dinner. In addition, there are optional events for non-golfing partners.
